We sleep in bed for at least 8 hours out of 24 hours. So it is important to know what to do before bedtime, because that is what our future is on.

 

1. If the bed on which we live for 6 to 8 hours is of our choice, all the suffering and pain of the body is removed. The day's fatigue will reduced. So the bed should be beautiful, soft and comfortable, and it should be strong. The color of the sheet and pillow should also be such that our eyes and mind are relaxed.

 


2. If you burn a camphor every day before bedtime, you will get a very good sleep and all kinds of stress will be eliminated. Camphor has many other benefits.



3. Before you sleep you think of the things you desire in life on the bed. Do not think of the slightest negative things, because the time up to 10 minutes before bedtime is very sensitive, while your subconscious mind starts waking up and at least 15 minutes after getting up is also very sensitive. Whatever you think in the meantime, it starts to happen in real life.

 


4. If you are sleeping, also check and decide in which direction your feet are. Never keep foot in the south and east. Do not keep the feet in the direction of the door. This causes loss of health and prosperity. By placing a head in the east direction,  increases knowledge. By placing  head in the south, brings peace, health and prosperity.



5. You should not sleep without a false mouth and without washing your feet.

 


6. You should not sleep on the lower floor bed, on the bed of the other, on a broken bed, and in a dirty house.

 


7. There is a saying that the one who sleep straight is yogi, and the one who sleep towards  left is free from diseases, and the one who sleep towards right is patient.

 


8. Eat dinner 2 hours before bedtime. Dinner should be lighter and Vegetarian



9. for good sleep, After eating do  sit in vajrasan, then perform the Bhramari pranayama and finally go to sleep while  doing shavasan.

 


10. Before bedtime, you must meditate on your Ishta Dev once and then pray and go to sleep.
